Billy McKnight lead vocals and Rick Morgan lead guitar for Soul Circus Cowboys have been BMI writers since the mid 90s. The Soul Circus Cowboys currently have their song co-written with Frank Myers "I Can't Imagine" at number 55 on the Billboard indicator chart. The two songwriters are currently writing for their fourth SCC record to be coming out in the beginning of 2020.
